Dear readers,
Today I continued working at the big pink painting (1/1 meter). Now there is a whole new layer of magenta on it. It is really jumping straight into my eyes. (It is MUCH brighter than you see on the photo).
I stil find it a bit too bright. I would never hang such a bright painting in my living room.
That’s an interesting question though. Should you be able to hang the art that you paint in your own house? Or is art just a pure expression of yourself?
The left over paint went on the throwawayboard (50/50 cm)

1. I am in awe that you’re working on these paintings in addition to taking Jane’s class and keeping up with the rest of what you do!
2. I count on you to make your art as a pure expression of yourself. That bright pink/magenta painting might not hang in YOUR living room but be JUST right for someone’s modern beach home.
