Lieve lezers,

lieve groet,

Dear readers,

Today I worked on another piece of collage (by the process from Jane Davies: make a more or less random collage from 20 to 20 cm (8/8 inch), cut it in four, and finish every little piece from 4/4 inch).

Gives me the possibility to be in the world of form, colour, line and texture fore a few minutes, before heading to the ‘normal world’!

Thanks for visiting!

Simone, I hope you’ll post before and after photos showing us what each piece looked like when first cut and then what it looks like when finished! Love this exercise. My favorite part of your piece above is the blue bubbles that become black bubbles when they appear against a different background.

      Hi Dotty!
Thank you! Yes, I will do that the next time. Indeed: it is funny to see how it looks first as a piece of 20/20 cm, then as four pieces of 10/10, and finally as four ‘individuals’ 😉
