Daily painting

Dear reader,

 

I’m trying to get into my painting routine, but it’s not easy since I’m writing a book at the same time. I’m still looking for cues how I can get my daily routine back.

    Simone, your post is a gift to me! It’s early morning here, with blue skies, sunshine, dry air, comfortable temperatures, and peaceful at my home. Today marks a feeling of beginning, with the Labor Day holiday behind us and most schools now in session again after the summer. This time of year beckons with a change of season and a change of routines. You and I will both be re-integrating painting after holidays and being away. I love both photographs here! The top one looks like glasses/eyes looking at me, seeing me, honoring me no matter what. The bottom one says, “Drop everything! Come out and play!”
