Today I worked further on the 1/1 meter painting. Now punting more and more titanium white on it. And black shapes. Circles start to appear. Let’s see where this will end.

ps: the photoquality is not so good: the photo was taken against the light (difficult to do it otherwise in my small workspace), and the titanium white looks very strange in it.
Thanks for your comment! I don’t know what is happening with my website (see what I wrote on 6 oktober) – I hope somebody can solve it, since I won’t be able to do it :-(
I am now going to have a look at your JD paintings. I did not have the courage and the energy to start with them. I hope to start soon though.
Oh! I wrote to you earlier saying the images of your art had all disappeared from your blog, at least on my computer, and that is still the case: no photos show in the blog. However, when I went to send this comment, the painting appeared along with the comment box. No idea what that’s all about; I’m just glad I can see your painting. Such fun to watch it develop! My own painting efforts today started off great but went downhill as the day unfolded, and I ended up in a slump with my current JD painting—I’m hoping that your not-so pink piece will clear my head and lead to a happy start again tomorrow.
