Kunst

Dear readers,

Today the first day of the new year! This is my first day after a long Christmas holiday, and I was very determined to start straight away. Which was frustrating at first, because: I had really organized our house, cleaned up all the areas of the house, except…. my own workingspace, which was exactly like I left it…

Could not find anything, was 30 minutes busy starting up. searching paint, preparing paper. So today was a start up day, I intend to organize my stuff this week, so I will be working smoothly the upcoming weeks.

I realize that I have only 7 weeks to go until the exposition. Very exciting, but probably the time will fly. I want to set up a second website, exclusively for my painting. What do you think of ‘simonenijboerpainting.com’? simonenijboerart might look strange. Or shall I move my paintingwebsite to simonenijboer.nl, change my coachingwebsite in simonenijboercoaching.nl (making all my customers get confused)? Or use simonenijboer.nl and simonenijboer.com simultaneously (probably confusing too). Hope anybody has better idea than I, since I am still doubting.

Okay, enough for now. I wish you all a very happy (painting) year, and hope to see you a lot on the internet (or live!)

bye,

Simone

    Hi Dotty!
So good to see you again!
Yes, I also feel like ‘coming home’ after this time away. In spite of the frustration that I had starting up 😉
Looking forward to our shared journey!

Seeing your painting above feels like a homecoming after being away too long! And it feels like a happy carefree place of lively energy and joy. It feels like being with my daughter and granddaughters.

    More soon!
