I, too, love that you start your day like this!
I don’t start my day with painting; wonder what that would be like for me.
I have picked up that habit lately again. I’m not taking a lot of time for it, since I’m also writing. So that gives less freedom. But it’s a small ritual before starting my day and my writing process. I feel I stay in contact with my artistic creativity. And when I’m playing with colors and shapes, I’m (usually) in the Now. No thinking necessary 😉
