Dailiy Painting, day 31 – 33

Daily painting

Dear reader,

This week, I painted on painting nr 5 in the series of 6.

I painted two or three days, I even forgot ! Not every day. Not posting makes it easier to not paint, but still I paint, and it saves me tons of time. But I like to keep posting about the process.

I’m changing to a new computer, so I have to find out how I can upload my pictures without too much hassle.

Bye!

Simone, I love seeing the progression. I just keep looking back and forth, back and forth, noting changes, seeing what evolves, delighting when some favorite bit stays in place. I am fascinated. Most intriguing is the ‘disappearance’ of the big black ‘donut’ that was in the middle in the first photo, and its energetic presence even once visually transformed.

I’m so glad you like to see the progression! And yes, isn’t it funny, this big black thing? When I just made I thought: Oh no, what an elephant in the room! But more and more I realize that sometimes elephants in the room are necessary to give an otherwise boring painting an interesting push.
I just started a new painting today (the last one).
      Bye!
