In these busy days, it often feels difficult to take the time to paint. Today was such a day. I decided finally to just start, only quin gold and black/white, and was happy that I did so. There was a small amount of time that I was ‘in the zone’ painting, creating shapes (always those shapes! ;-))
Which was wonderful.
Ps: I added two details (three with the featured picture on top). Sometimes a painting has relatively many good ‘details’. I see that as a positive sign.
Thanks, Dotty. Lately, all of my days feel like that. I hope we can keep encouraging each other! (We will!)
Your posts are warm welcome encouragement. Of late, for me, too, days are often so busy that it feels difficult to make time to paint; day after day I find myself saying, “Today was such a day.”
“Always Those Shapes” is bright and energetic, with engaging movement and contrast.
