Dear reader,
I’m continuing my artist diary with great pleasure. I can work as fast in this diary as I used to work on my postcards, I just use bigger brushes and more paint, and that’s it. Not that working fast is an end in itself, but it gives me the possibility to focus on writing my book, while not to loose my painting practice.
I recognize that painting is really a practice for being in the Now, but better said: it’s being aware of the actual experience of the Now, moment by moment. Instead of living over it.
It also helps me in writing my book. To write while being centered in my body and intuition.
Enough said!
Have a beautiful day!

Simone! That detail in the top photograph mesmerizes me! My fingers immediately assume their position over ivory piano keys in my mind, but I don’t feel like I’m in my mind, I feel like I’m AT the piano. I can feel the portal of music opening to me.
All that, AND you inspire me to open doors to thinking about my painting practice in new ways.
You make me curious!! ;-)
