One of the fun and illuminating facets of your collage postcard Daily Painting posts is your commentary. I learn from your sharing of what you discover and observie in these small pieces. You practice in front of us what you mentioned in a Blog post about the value of these small collage paintings. I love the ‘bite-sized’ bits of learning that come along.
Thanks, Dotty. I’m glad you mention that. Sometimes I doubt if anybody is interested in my musings about my work. And sometimes I doubt if it is good that I share that I sometimes don’t like my own work (not this collage, by the way). As artists we are usually quite good at seeing the bad things of our work, instead of being proud of where we have arrived!
So I will keep up and keep on sharing all my inner commentary!
