Dear reader,
Today I continued working along the same lines as yesterday and the Friday before. I love those color pencils! They give such beautiful thin lines compared to the bigger ones from the Necolor II crayons.
Further on: I love working within constraints, (few colors, few types of materials) and it gives me a lot of ideas. Right now I am working on an article about working within constraints. I will post it when I finish it.

Simone, your detail photo at the top of the page today looks like a detail shot from a butterfly wing. I am paying close attention to your working-within-constraints paintings, and I am eager to read your article.
I like the contrast between the thinner pencil lines and the thicker crayon lines.
