Dear reader,
I try to keep some sort of meditation routine – but it’s always a bit messy and it gets mixed up with -a- a lot of thoughts, and -b- other mindful practices that I bump into.
This morning, I happened to land on a video of the Vietnamese Thich Nhat Hanh, with his ten tai-chi-like ‘mindful movements’.

At this moment, I’m working on my new course: ‘The Art of Now’. It’s all about painting from this meditative state.

I now take a deep breath, having been ‘in a hurry’ and breathing shallowly and rapidly. Now, I step through a portal into mindful movement through my morning.
… and maybe you can take my hand and take me through that portal with you – since it’s all too easy to start hurrying again đŸ˜‰
