Dear readers,
You wouldn’t say it when you look at the amount of blogs lately, but I painted a lot in the past period. Almost every evening after dinner I went upstairs and painted for an hour or so (not during the weekend, by the way). When I’m done it is so late that I often don’t have the energy anymore to take pictures and write a blog.
So in this blog you will find the results of many evenings of painting!
I painted in two sizes: 20/20 “and 6/6”. I loved it!
I’m painting on thick paper, so I don’t have to worry about throwing away a lot of money. I just paint and experiment!
bye!
Simone
(The first five are 20/20″, the second five are 6/6″).

Yay! Happy to have new paintings of yours to explore!
A few comments:
#1 evokes curiosity, a full-on hot summer day with dry air
#2 has distinct underwater energy, sunny summer day, connection with mystery
#7 captures my attention with the two lines of b&w and the bits about them that are almost but NOT fully a pattern, one straight-edged with alternating b&w, the top one more like b&w hung on a line, dipping in the center, and having 4 blacks in a row without whites
Hi Dotty!
I’m happy to be back blogging again. And thank you for your careful observations!
