Daily Painting: Working with mono-coloured papers

Blog

Dear reader,

Today another business card. I worked with scraps of paper that I already painted in one colour (in this case green turquoise). I like that, because then making collage is really simple, you only need your fingers, glue and markers to finish it. No brushes to clean up. (And I used spraypaint, but that isn’t messy either).

Bye!

Mono-colored papers, stripes, black tissue, interlocking rings, and a clear sense of unrestricted spontaneous childlike playtime: very appealing!

One of the first painters that I discovered was the Danish painter Line Juhl Hansen. In this blog post, I’ll let you know what I love so much about her, and I show some of her fantastic paintings.
