Daily Painting: Rough patches

Daily painting

Dear reader,

After I’ve decided that I’m going to postpone the launch of my online course to September, there is suddenly lots of (let’s say: more) time for painting. Yes! I’m exploring bigger sizes right now (not too big though), and implementing collage in it. Looking forward to everything what is still possibile. In painting, the sky is the limit.

I am very grateful for my daily painting practice. I know that, if I would have interrupted my painting habits because of all the work that I have to do for the online course, I would feel discontent right now, and maybe even discouraged, or I would feel like a ‘fraud’ (teaching people about painting, but not painting herself…)

Okay, enough thoughts for now, on to the rest of the day. That is: working on a list of FAQ for the course (there are a thousand of mundane tasks involved in creating a course – I never realized that!)

title for today’s painting: frequently asked questions : )

i love that you have a daily painting practice no matter what; i love that your posts arrive in my inbox just as i start the work of my day—your art and thoughts invite me to keep painting at heart no matter what else is on the day’s list

    thank you!
