Dear readers,
Today I continued to work on one of the 40/40 cm paintings in neutrals. I decided to leave them really simple and neutral. I finished one of them today. (Or: at least: finished for now). I like the really subtle tones from white-on-white, and the fine scratchings and pencil lines.
And I made a start with the preparations for the exhibition. Below I post a photo of all the small paintings on paper that I have to sort. I made a ton of them the last year! I have to choose which one I will mount. I think I can hang 10 of them or so. It is clear that I have much too much work. So I can choose.
I finished my very hard work last week, and now I will use this week for preparing the website, mounting panels, sending invitations, and so on!

I like your new neutral piece also. The white on white is fun.
And, speaking of fun, WOW, what fun for me to see all your paintings spread out, and what fun for you it will be to sort through them and make selections for your exhibit.
